Recently, the first high-flow, high-head submerged oil pump independently developed by Hefei Huasheng Pumps & Valves Co., Ltd. successfully completed full-load performance testing at the client's site, with all performance indicators meeting design requirements. This marks a significant breakthrough for the company in the field of deep-layer fluid transportation equipment.

The submerged oil pump is specifically designed for deep and demanding applications, with core parameters reaching the advanced level of the industry. Equipped with a high-power motor, it delivers large flow capacity and high head performance, capable of overcoming complex resistance conditions. It is ideal for large oil depots, energy development, and other high-end sectors, effectively addressing the challenges of traditional equipment such as insufficient flow, inadequate head, and poor adaptability to deep-layer operations.

From R&D and design to field commissioning, the pump has been developed with high stability and reliability as its core objectives.
The newly developed conductive tube plug-in technology has undergone multiple rounds of testing and achieved “one-time successful connection” during both factory assembly and on-site installation, significantly improving assembly efficiency and sealing performance.
Before delivery, the equipment passed over 100 hours of intermittent testing and 72 hours of full-load continuous operation, with insulation resistance, DC electrical performance, and other key indicators meeting industry standards. On-site measurements showed that the three-phase DC resistance was well balanced, while the insulation resistance exceeded 200 MΩ, outperforming imported products and exceeding safety standards.

During full-load operation, the pump demonstrated outstanding performance: flow, head, and efficiency precisely matched the working conditions, with outlet pressure remaining stable and the motor’s three-phase current well balanced. The unit ran continuously for six hours without alarms, with oil temperature staying within the optimal range, and insulation resistance remained within standard limits even after shutdown—showcasing smooth startup, steady operation, and strong fault tolerance.
